Event Terms — Wat Ah Gwaan

These Event Terms apply to all tickets purchased through Wat Ah Gwaan for events organised by third-party promoters. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

1️⃣ Ticket Use

  • Tickets are personal; the name on the ticket may need to match the attendee’s ID, depending on the promoter.

  • Tickets may not be resold without the promoter’s permission.

  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced unless the promoter specifically allows it.

2️⃣ Booking Fees

  • Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover administrative and payment processing costs.

  • Refunds of the ticket price are subject to the promoter’s cancellation or postponement policy.

3️⃣ Event Access & Behaviour

  • Promoters are responsible for event access, security, and venue management.

  • Attendees must comply with the rules and instructions set by the promoter or venue staff.

  • Wat Ah Gwaan is not responsible for event content, safety, or scheduling.

4️⃣ Photography & Recording

  • Photography, videography, or audio recording may be restricted by the promoter.

  • By attending the event, you agree to comply with the promoter’s policies regarding recording or sharing media.

5️⃣ Age Restrictions

  • Any age limits for the event are set by the promoter.

  • Tickets purchased for attendees below the minimum age may be refused entry by the promoter.

6️⃣ Changes or Cancellations

  • Promoters may reschedule, cancel, or change the event for legitimate reasons.

  • If the promoter cancels, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, but booking fees are retained.
