6️⃣ Skincare & Merchandise Returns

  • Skincare products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

  • Merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Faulty products will be replaced or refunded according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
