Refund & Returns Policy — Wat Ah Gwaan
1️⃣ Physical Products (Skincare & Merchandise)
Skincare products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Faulty products will be replaced or refunded.

2️⃣ Event Tickets (Third-Party Promoter Events)
Tickets are sold for events organised by third-party promoters. Wat Ah Gwaan acts only as the ticketing platform.
Tickets are non-refundable, except where the promoter cancels or postpones the event.
Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Refunds issued by the promoter do not include the booking fee, which is retained by Wat Ah Gwaan.
Entry to events is subject to compliance with venue rules, age restrictions, and behaviour policies.
Wat Ah Gwaan is not responsible for the organisation, quality, or content of events.
3️⃣ Refund Process
Refunds for physical products or event cancellations (promoter-approved) will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Refunds do not include booking fees, shipping costs, or other administrative charges.
If a ticket is transferred to another person, the refund terms still apply as per the promoter’s rules.
