Refund & Returns Policy — Wat Ah Gwaan

1️⃣ Physical Products (Skincare & Merchandise)

  • Skincare products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

  • Merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Faulty products will be replaced or refunded.

2️⃣ Event Tickets (Third-Party Promoter Events)

  • Tickets are sold for events organised by third-party promoters. Wat Ah Gwaan acts only as the ticketing platform.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where the promoter cancels or postpones the event.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover payment processing and administrative costs.

  • Refunds issued by the promoter do not include the booking fee, which is retained by Wat Ah Gwaan.

  • Entry to events is subject to compliance with venue rules, age restrictions, and behaviour policies.

  • Wat Ah Gwaan is not responsible for the organisation, quality, or content of events.

3️⃣ Refund Process

  • Refunds for physical products or event cancellations (promoter-approved) will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

  • Refunds do not include booking fees, shipping costs, or other administrative charges.

  • If a ticket is transferred to another person, the refund terms still apply as per the promoter’s rules.
